Ingredients
- 1 ½ oz Jules-Ernest Gin from Maison Livernois
- ½ oz Elderflower liqueur
- 1642 Elderflower Tonic
- Soda water (or club soda)
- Fresh thyme sprig
- Dried orange slice
- Juniper berries
Instructions
- In a glass, pour 1 ½ oz of Jules-Ernest Gin from Maison Livernois.
- Add ½ oz of elderflower liqueur.
- Top up with 1642 Elderflower Tonic.
- Add a splash of soda water.
- Garnish with a fresh thyme sprig, a dried orange slice, and a few juniper berries.
