Ingredients
- 1.5 oz Wabasso Florida Gin
- 6 oz 1642 Yuzu
- Dehydrated pineapple slice
- Basil
- Ice
Instructions
- In a large balloon glass, pour 1.5 oz of Wabasso Florida Gin from the Wabasso Distillery.
- Add ice.
- Top up with 6 oz of 1642 Yuzu.
- Using a spoon, stir gently.
- Add a dehydrated pineapple slice and slap a large basil sprig (to release its aromas).
