Ingredients
- 1.5 oz St-laurent citrus gin
- 2 oz 1642 Yuzu
- ¾ oz Acidulated mandarin juice
- ½ oz Honey and cardamom syrup
- 1 egg white
Instructions
- In a shaker, combine acidulated mandarin juice, honey and cardamom syrup, and egg white.
- Dry shake (shake without ice) for about 10-15 seconds to create a nice frothy texture from the egg white.
- In an Old Fashioned glass, put the ice, the tonic and the gin.
- Strain the dry shake mixture on top of the cocktail.
- Optionally, garnish with a twist of mandarin peel or a sprig of fresh herbs.
