Ingredients
- 1 oz Gin Cirka Navy Strength
- 1 oz Cirka Passion Liqueur
- 2 oz Passion Fruit Juice
- 1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
- 1 oz Secret Syrup
- Passion fruit seeds and pulp
- 1642 Regular Tonic
- Aperol (for topping)
- Dry Lime Slice ,Edible Flower (for garnish) ,
- A Duck (for Decoration)
Instructions
- Fill a gin tonic glass with ice cubes to pre-chill it.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine Gin Cirka Navy Strength, Cirka Passion Liqueur, passion fruit juice, fresh lime juice, and the secret syrup.
- Stir the mixture until well-blended and chilled. Do not shake.
- Strain the mixture into the pre-chilled gin tonic glass, over the ice.
- Top off the drink with 1642 Regular Tonic, ensuring you leave some space at the top.
- Carefully pour Aperol either over the back of a spoon or by drizzling it down the side of the glass. This technique will create a layered effect in the drink.
- Garnish with a thin dry lime slice and an edible flower.
- For a whimsical touch, add a rubber duck to the cocktail.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your exotic and delightful cocktail!
