Ingredients
- 2 oz Cirka Gin Sauvage
- 0.5 oz Cirka Chili Vodka
- 1 oz Lime Juice
- 1 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 Peeled Cucumber (blended)
- 1642 Regular Tonic
- Slices of Cucumber (for decoration)
- Tajin Rim (for garnish)
- Edible Flower (for an elegant touch)
Instructions
- Prepare your glass. For an added kick, you can optionally rim the glass with Tajin.
- Create a cucumber puree: In a blender, add the peeled cucumber and blend until you achieve a smooth consistency.
- In a separate mixing glass, combine Cirka Gin Sauvage, chili vodka, lime juice, and simple syrup. Stir the mixture until it's well-combined and chilled.
- Introduce the cucumber puree to the mixture. This will not only add a refreshing flavor but also a vibrant green hue to the cocktail.
- Strain the mixture into your prepared glass, ensuring it's filled with ice.
- Top the mixture with 1642 Regular Tonic . This adds effervescence, which complements and balances the cocktail's flavors.
- Garnish with cucumber slices, offering a cool, crisp element to the drink.
- For a final touch of elegance, adorn the cocktail with an edible flower.
