Ingredients
- 2 oz Catalyst Gin
- 1 oz Lime juice
- 0.5 oz Sencha tea and dune pepper syrup
- 1642 Cucumber Tonic
- Absinthe spray
- Nasturtium leaf for garnish
Instructions
- In a shaker filled with ice, pour 2 oz of Catalyst Gin.
- Add 1 oz of lime juice.
- Add 0.5 oz of sencha tea and dune pepper syrup.
- Shake vigorously.
- Pour into a glass filled with ice.
- Top up with 1642 Cucumber Tonic.
- Spray absinthe over the top.
- Garnish with a nasturtium leaf.
